Interested in the experience of hydroplaning above the water? An e-foil works very much like the wings of an airplane, providing lift when your board reaches the correct velocity which will lift you out of the water creating the felling of flying over the water! Based in Skåne we can provide you the opportunity to try this unique experience to develop new skills to ride & hydroplane a surf-board above the water. We provide 2 separate programs as part of this rental offer: 1. One-day rental which includes instruction for first time users & beginners (as required) 2. A three & seven-day rental where you can go out on your own to practice at your leisure (verification of some prior e-foiling experience will be required for the 3 & 7 day rentals) We will provide the following: - A soft Waydoo™ EPP e-foil board for ease of use & safety as a novice & progressing foiler. - A powerful 58.8V Lithium-ion battery which should provide you with on-water ride time of approximately one to 1.5 hours per session. - A longer 85” mast which provides more range to help avoiding birching and keeps you away from the foil & motor (more agile riding & safety consideration). - An impact/water safety vest & helmet as required (OK to use your own if you have, but safety should always be #1 consideration). - For the one-day instruction sessions a Milo™ action radio comms system; a compact waterproof person-to-person communications setup. - For the 3- & 7-day rental we include the high-power battery charger that will charge the battery from empty to full in less than 2 hours so you can continue your riding action throughout the rental period! Additional considerations regarding your e-foil rental: - The primary renter & user must be at least 18 years old; or 15-18 years old with a legal guardian. - The one-day rental with instruction is best tailored for one person and no more that 2 persons can actively participate in or split the session. - To get the most out of the one-day rental with instruction session the lesson will normally be around two hour, with part of the session outside of the water (around 30 min for instruction on & assembly of the e-foil kit as well as personal preparation & out of water instruction) & roughly one to 1.5 hours of time on the water riding on the e-foil (session will be tailored to best fit the needs & experience of the rider/s). - The person/s participating in the one-day rental with instruction session must be in good physical shape and are able to swim at least 100m in open water without issue (for health & safety considerations). - Weather & condition considerations: as safety is paramount around all water sports we maintain the right to postpone any session at any time. Normally this should be based on the weather forecast the day prior to the scheduled session but as conditions can change with little notice we might be forced to terminate a session with shorter notice. In such cases the renter can elect to postpone the session to a different time/date or can ask for a refund of their payment for the planed session. - As safety is always top priority ANY signs of intoxication or alcohol or drug use prior to or during the one-day rental session will be grounds for immediate termination of the session with no refund of payment for the rental (we want the session to be safe and productive for all involved both in and around the rental and use of the e-foil). - For the 3- & 7-day rental: this is available to more experience users ready to go out on their own to get the most out of their rental over a period of a few of days; however verification of some prior e-foiling experience will be required for the 3 & 7 day rentals to help ensure proper level of experience both liability as well as safety reasons. - Persons participating in a 3- or 7-day rental of a e-foil kit take 100% responsibility for their own health & safety as part of the e-foil activities they foretake as part of their rental.
