The temperature (35 - 90°C) and time (1 - 24 hours) can be easily set using the electronic control. Also included is a herb mat for drying aromatic herbs. Drying is one of the oldest methods of preservation and was already used centuries ago to preserve food for a long period of time with the help of sunlight. Today, we can use this preservation method all year round, regardless of the weather.
