Handpan Information The D minor Pro is our newest type of Handpan and is superior to every other Handpan in our range in both sound quality and clarity. Each of the 9 notes has a beautifully resonant, bright sound with plenty of sustain. Playing the Handpan evokes a feeling of relaxation and tranquility, with its healing tones reverberating through the instrument and uplifting anyone who hears it. Not only will this instrument serve as an endless source of entertainment for you and your loved ones, it will become a lifelong musical companion. The handpan is ideal for enhancing meditation, yoga, tai chi, massage, bowen therapy, and energy healing such as reiki. The instrument is hand made out of high-quality stainless steel which means it is both rustproof and requires no on-going maintenance such as oils or waxes. Suitable for both beginners and professional musicians. All of our instruments are electronically tuned and tested before they are sent out to our customers. The Handpan has notes within two-octave ranges from D3 to D5 and is tuned to the traditional D minor pentatonic scale. This Handpan allows for a wide range of playing styles and has a ton of dynamic range. It is also possible to use the other surfaces of the instrument to make percussive harmonics, snares, and hi-hat like sounds. This Handpan is an absolute joy to play!
